During the first session assessment, I will ask you some questions about yourself. By the end of the session we both will have an idea about how I intend to work with you and we will make a mutual decision about our future work together.
As part of my practice I attend supervision regularly and confidentiality is always respected. I am myself a supervisor in counselling which means that I supervise other psychotherapists' work. My approach is humanistic/psychodynamic integrative.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling them to enhance their life and to live it more fully.
